Utilizing IBM’s Security software suite, OnWire helps to architect and implement Managed Services solutions for its customers – as well as assist its customer’s operations team with maintaining and further extending the solution once integrated. This practice ensures that components stay up-to-date on critical security patches, performance measures are met, and that the customer’s staff is trained to maintain the system in the long-term future. As the customer discovers the system capabilities, OnWire will provide IT professional support for configuration changes that will need to be made in the future to meet additional business requirements.
The OnWire team, composed of developers and security engineers, are directly responsible for the overall solution architecture, low-level detailed design, and periodic design enhancements – OnWire works closely with its customers to ensure understanding of the requirements and how the pre-selected commercial products could best fit their needs.
OnWire is also capable of implementing an enterprise IT system within the current system architecture of its customer. This implementation involves working closely with networking, security, and operations teams to ensure delivery is on time. Components are then configured to integrate within their current systems to provide centralized IT capabilities in their environment.
