RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and update existing OnWire marketing collateral (i.e., newsletters, datasheets, etc.)
* Assist in the development of financial spreadsheets, quarterly forecasts, and resource planning
* Manage and create content for OnWire’s social media accounts (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Execute general data entry and expense reconciliation tasks through QuickBooks
* Assist OnWire’s sales team with lead development by qualifying and validating opportunities by phone calls, follow-ups, emails, and networking
* Assist OnWire’s Operations Team in the recruiting process by following up with potential candidates and establishing and building relationships
* Develop graphics and charts to be used in OnWire presentations and marketing materials
* Review employee timesheets and expense reports for accuracy and submit to end-client
* Support OnWire’s Operations Team in managing the company website, participating in marketing events, and developing content for webinars
* Assist with product renewals and sales operations, as needed
* Other responsibilities as tasked by OnWire’s Operations Team
REQUIREMENTS
* Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
* Must have excellent organizational skills and be self-motivated
* Must have the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work roughly 15-20 hours/week (potential for extended internships)
* Prefer that candidate is pursuing either a Finance, Marketing, Business, or Engineering degree
* Start date on (or around) Monday, January – May 2019 (this is a paid internship, based on experience)
