OnWire Consulting Group (OnWire) is now a direct supplier for IBM Software Group – Federal Services. This contract will allow OnWire, who has been a direct tier-1 supplier for IBM Software Services since 2012, to now support IBM’s Federal customers. This enhanced alliance leverages OnWire’s expertise in Government Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to support new and existing IBM business.
OnWire’s heritage is deep-rooted in systems integration with strong expertise and knowledge in IAM solutions. OnWire resources architect, design, build and deploy solutions using IBM Security Systems software to meet government requirements and adhere to industry standards for interoperability. OnWire resources are also experienced with the operation of Cloud systems, and this brings a new dimension of competency to systems integration.
FedRAMP, the Federal Risk Authorization Management Program, has become a government standard for security assessments of cloud products and services. OnWire’s cloud solution, OnCloud, has been assessed by a Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) for FedRAMP accreditation as FISMA moderate and is currently in the process of being registered in the FedRAMP government repository. OnWire is the first small business to offer a Software as a Service (SaaS cloud) solution that has been assessed for FedRAMP accreditation, and plans to leverage these capabilities in its new alliance with IBM Federal Services.
