Chonly Wang | CEO / Chief Solution Archiect

As Chief Solution Architect and founder of OnWire Consulting Group, Chonly is responsible for solution design and delivery of identity and access management solutions.

Chonly is an IBM Certified Deployment Professional with over 6 years experience with IBM Tivoli Software. She has extensive experience implementing and leading multi-phased projects for large organizations in the Financial, Health, and Public sectors. She has held positions as technical lead, subject matter expert, architect, and project manager.

Chonly started her career with IBM as a software verification engineer for Tivoli Security Software where she was responsible for testing Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, and Tivoli Privacy Manager. She then moved on to software development where she was a part of the initial development team for Identity Manager Express. From there, Chonly took a position with IBM Global Services and joined the Security and Privacy practice as a Security Consultant specializing in identity and access management solutions.

Chonly holds two degrees from North Carolina State University: B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.S. in Computer Engineering.

John Pontious | Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, John is responsible for monitoring and evaluating new technologies as it relates to our services and products. John defines overall technical strategies for deploying high performance and scaleable solutions.

John has more than 7 years experience with IBM Tivoli Software as both a developer and as a performance/scale engineer. He has significant experience with developing and deploying Tivoli solutions on Solaris, AIX, Linux, zLinux, and Windows Server platforms.

John started his career with IBM as a software engineer for the Tivoli Security Software division where he was responsible for developing components of Tivoli Kernel Services and Tivoli Identity Manager. John then went on to become the lead performance/scale test engineer for Tivoli Privacy Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, and IBM/Websphere Virtual Member Manager. John then went back to software engineering on the IBM Websphere XD product. From there John joined a privately held firm specializing in information assurance and forensic computing where he was the senior analyst for the forensic practice.

John holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Mandy Reutter | Director of Interactive Strategies

As Director of Interactive Strategies, Mandy is responsible for new account sales and existing account management. Mandy's focus is in the Small/Medium Business sector.

Mandy has over 4 years experience in Graphic Design, Web Development, Product Sales and Corporate Consulting. She has extensive Creative Software knowledge and focuses on building her clients dynamic driven web based solutions using up to date CMS software.

She began her career in new home sales and transitioned into the field of graphic design; working freelance until joining the OnWire Consulting Team. Mandy's experience in real estate brings expertise to her Builder & Real Estate clients. Her personal volunteer commitments have led her into the Non-Profit Sector of Consulting as well.

Mandy holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
